Shipping & Delivery — United States

Crafted in Milan, delivered to your door. Every piece travels fully insured and beautifully packaged, hand-prepared in our Milan atelier and shipped to all 50 states.

Delivery time Orders are delivered within 8–12 business days from the moment your order is dispatched. This window covers transit from Italy to your U.S. address and does not include order processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order processing Each piece is inspected, polished and packaged within 1–3 business days before dispatch. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & duties Your order ships from Italy. Depending on order value and current U.S. regulations, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are set by U.S. Customs, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in the product or shipping price. We declare every parcel accurately to help avoid delays at the border.

Delivery & signature A signature is required on delivery to keep your piece secure all the way to your hands. We deliver to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories. Remote areas may occasionally see the longer end of the delivery window.

If your order is delayed While 8–12 business days covers the vast majority of orders, customs inspections or carrier delays can occasionally extend transit. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the window, contact us and we'll trace it for you right away.
